The Columbus Day Parade of North Jersey is proud to announce our 5th
anniversary! We would like to invite you and your organization to take part in the
parade which will be held in Hackensack, Bergen’s county seat. The parade will be
held on Sunday, September 30, 2012 and will step off promptly at noon and it will
end with a festival at the Bergen County Courthouse.
We hope that this event will again attract thousands of people from throughout New
Jersey and neighboring states. It includes floats, bands, civic, professional, fraternal,
police, military and many, many more organizations. The purpose of the parade is to
salute Christopher Columbus, to preserve and maintain the great legacy of this
navigator and at the same time give a well-deserved thank you to organizations
such as yours.
We would like to be able to count on your organization to help continue this great
tradition and bring it to another level. We look forward to a very successful event
and to sharing the day with you.
